MNMS COACHING STAFF

Coach Hurst is a lifelong Mustang Bronco, graduating from Mustang High School in 2005. Coach Hurst ran Cross Country, and played Tennis during his Middle School & High School days. He went on to earn a scholarship from Oklahoma Christian University where he played Soccer and Tennis. He graduated in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Professional Education and in Physical Education, Health, and Safety. Coach Hurst has taught for Mustang Public Schools since 2009. He taught 1 year at Centennial Elementary before moving to Mustang North Middle School where he has taught science and outdoor education for the past 12 years. Coach Hurst has also now been the Athletic Director for 4 Years. Coach Hurst resides locally with his wife and 3 children, who also attend Mustang Schools. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, and woodworking.
